Terms & Conditions

All coaching sessions are one-on-one with Caroline Gikonyo.
A detailed coaching questionnaire must be completed.
Coaching is done via Zoom audio or on telephone if you're in Kenya.
Zoom sessions can be recorded if you wish to have a recording of your session. 
Phone calls are not recorded.
No-shows or cancellations without 24 hour notice will result in a lost session.
Sessions last 60 minutes each.
You must complete the sessions in the Strategy Pack within 2 months. 
There are no refunds for unused sessions.
